Anyway, the blue bolded names in the draft thread link to each user's personal page, so PM's are quickly and easily sent to alert the next manager that they are up. Try to quote and quickly format your selection if you are actually picking from a computer so the links will be on each page of the draft thread.
Worryingly I'm not even sure how safe a pick Rooney is this time around particularly if the midfield is not sorted out. Considering the mess/uncertainty in general this off-season I am going with Nani. He is still somewhat expensive but worst case he will always have an assist or two. I am not sure I want to risk wasting a pick or money on the alternatives.

Not a ManU supporter but I couldn't pass up on Young. Real safe pick and I think he'll thrive at ManU Really, REALLY wanted Suarez but what can ya do.
I was not knocking any of the picks, Young has been on my team for two years, just commenting on the trend as I get antsy
I know that. Just excited to talk about picks! This is the most interesting year for our drafts. So many players are expensive it will be crazy to see everyone's strategies for the season.
Picking last I'm very tempted to gamble big time. I have a possible 4 to select from. Possibly 3 depending on who Wendys takes off the table. Decisions decisions...
yep value has gotten more silly this year, plus less of the usual certain big dogs and as the 3 started so far show very hard to predict the order; I have the least clue ever, as to who will or who I even want to fall to my pick
Yeah there'd always been a set top 4, and always a drop off after that it seemed, now that seems to be changing, either the top level isn't quite what it was or the other players are closing the gap.
It will be interesting to see who breaks first and takes the risk. The established top tier are definitely less attractive this time around for reasons including value, transfer uncertainty, team uncertainty and injuries. It is going to be a strange fantasy year.
Looks like Wendys won't be back until "tonight" (Eastern U.S. time). He hasn't been on BS since July 21st so Mr Thomas must have ventured into internet-free wilderness
I'll check back in a little while. I'll be on and off for the next 6hrs or so. If no show by then from Wendys then I'll proxy my 2 selections before I head to bed.
All drafts in all leagues have ground to a halt. Which leaves me more and more time to 2nd guess myself and make the wrong selections.
