Not a bad idea to "watch"/"follow" this thread, and add email notifications... From the post in the organizing thread, here is your Sand 2022-23 draft board for the first two rounds:

When it is your pick, copy the board for that round up to that point, and make your pick using the standard format of last name, team, position, price:

Not required, but you can emphasize the current pick(s) being made by un-bolding any prior picks and making the current pick bold.

Notify whoever is next and update your google doc. Whoever is at the turn, will need to add a clean board for next odd or even round by copying from here and changing the round number. We typically stop repeating prior picks once each round is completed.

Also, to make it easier to follow the picks, we typically limit posts in the Draft Thread just to each post that makes a pick. This doesn't preclude a short note at the bottom of your pick post ("I really think this will be his year", "I don't know what I'm thinking", etc.), but any reply or any discussion ('i really wanted him", "his shots have landed in row Z everytime I've watched him", etc) should return to the organizing thread or a new banter thread if you're so inclined. So, f you see new posts have been made in this thread, it should mean a pick has been made. Notifying everyone that an illegal pick was made and the draft needs to stop is obviously an exception...

Note: Posts in the draft thread (and in the transfer thread during the season) should never be edited. If something needs to be cleaned up or if you make a pick out of order or draft someone already drafted or make an illegal pick in a later round that exceeds your budget or anything else, make a new post.
