    Yeah, SJM's coverage has been freaking stellar the past two days. :rolleyes:

    FWiW, Geracie also mentioned Landon and Meola in his Wake of the Week column on the front page of Sports.

    The Chronicle also had a mere sidebar with the preview today, just like the Merc. But at least they had something yesterday.

    I find it odd how we can flame Bud Geracie for being a "soccer hater", yet he can pick out and play up such a positive aspect (that had nothing to do with scoring). Maybe he really gets it after all. Benefit of the doubt, anyone?
