I'm hoping for Amerikwa and Campos. I won't get it. But that's what I'd rather see.

No, please not Campos. He's got flashes of creativity, but that isn't what we need against LA. We will get lots of chances, we need somebody who can put those away. I don't know who that is on this team yet, but it sure as hell ain't Campos.

    ------------Cannon-------------
    --Leitch--Garcia--Cochrane--Corrales
    -Alvarez--Elliott--McDonald--Convey
    ------Johnson----Amerikwa--------

I'm still learning but I would play something like that.

Start Johnson and Weaver up top and give the McDonald kid(not ronald) a chance to start. No Buddle is good news for us, he tore us up last year. Compost can sit until he grows roots.

I think Alvarez should be up there as well in terms of excitement created when he gets the ball. And Convey will be good in his natural position. I don't think there's much drop-off really, though given a choice I'd rather see Hucks starting at left mid and Convey at left back again.

So who would be an outside mid sub with Hucks and Salinas out? I guess Somma? RJ can play left mid also. If Alvarez or Convey have to go out, they might bring in a sub at forward and move RJ to left mid. I think RJ will get another start at forward since he scored last game, and Frank seems to have some kind of if it ain't broke don't fix it mentality.

Outside mid is one position where we are stacked at. We can carry 2 losses there, and still be way above average.

My concern is and remains the defense. We should have no problem scoring on this LA team, regardless of who exactly starts up front. But the more I watch this team, the more I realize that Hernandez made up for a lot of mistakes by his ability to defend 1v1.

Denton in particular is a destabalizing element on the back line. We need to do something about left back, and we need to do it sooner rather then later.

Gbandi's in on trial, but he tends to destabalize by getting himself ejected.

I agree, my knock against Gbandi has a bad habit of diving in at inappropriate times.

Quick help! What's the deal with Season Ticket parking today? Sorry if it's been answered elsewhere? The Buck Shaw parking packet says "Buck Shaw Stadium - Lot 1", so they clearly didn't customize the tickets for Colisseum. Will today's parking ticket work in Lot A/D like last year?
    Thanks!
