Tripping over the ball seems to be a hallmark of our big forwards, from Kamara last year, to Johnson, Weaver, and Campos, though, I am also of the camp that feels that Pablo did not play that badly against Chicago.

We couldn't appeal to the league on that second yellow for a misunderstanding. It's obvious from the video that he turned to toss it to a fire player and it deflected out of his hands.

The first looney is correct. We sent Frank there to destroy the Scum by any and all means necessary. Unfortunately, Alexi LaLa was already in position taking the job away from Frank.

Maybe we can have a stickied thread where you can have conversations with yourself, sparing us all your off topic posts.

Kind of a silly article because, as someone pointed out in the responses, there was a little roster consideration called David Beckham that Yallop had to deal with in '07. How can you write an article about the makeup of the 2007 Gals w/o including the impact that Becks had on the roster?

If that will keep you from stalking me, I'm all for it.
Incidentally, this post of yours seems a bit off topic, no?

Well, come on. LA fans have to conjure up any kind of an excuse, especially external causes, for the reasons they suck so bad. They sure as hell aren't going to blame their beloved AEG for screwing things up (who made the a'hole decision to bring Becks in in the first place?); that's too close to home.

Terry Vaughn as referee should be just fine...at least we can hope ref won't really enter into proceedings much.

with no berhalter they probably have to go w/ sanneh in the back. hello Quincy! franklin & gonzalez will have their hands full arturo and RJ, so more late runs by bobby or even ramiro should spell goals. our transition D will be key. not turning it over will be key. if cochrane starts again, he's going to have to keep his wits to avoid the reckless fouls and stay disciplined. if we can keep LD out of the game for large stretches we should have plenty of chances, and we've shown again we can finish those.

Rivalry aside, they really are one of the worst teams in the league. We need three points.

The tool that wrote that article also failed to tag gAlexi Lala for most of those two for one trades. Yallop later said that many of those trades were made without his input or knowledge and against his wishes. gAlexi traded Robbie Findlay and another young player for who was it? Klein? Sure, some of the moves were Franks. Sending Dunnivant elsewhere was Frank, but then, Todd hasn't really stuck anywhere since he was traded. Makes you think that maybe Frank was right with that one. (I'd have kept Todd because he's a decent defender and has a killer long throw in.)

Some in lalaland really, really, truly hate and loathe AEG. I just love it!! :D

The problem with Vaughn is that he ignores fouls he ought to call. He lets way too much physical play go by, then has trouble getting control of the game back. An early yellow card would go a long way to keeping him in charge and the thugishness to a minimum.

Nice analysis. Their defense is still old and slow and basically crappy. We have to hope that RJ and Q are good enough to go. Weaver or Campos, whoever starts, will need to have a big game. Il Bruce did a total rebuild, so they are almost like an expansion side. We need to, and should, kick their sorry asses all over the field.

    I'm with you there!!

    GOOOOOOOO QUAAAAAAAAAAKES!!!!!!!!!!! :D
