The two color guys I don’t mind are Dolan - the Canadian former GK, and Lloyd Sam because at least they treat the Quakes as a real team, and not as the Washington Generals, who are just getting in the way of our opponent’s inevitable and rightful victory.

The Quakes were totally saved on this event by LAFC signing Son. W/o any Mexican stars like Vela on LAFC, and with the specter of ICE hanging over the Mexican heritage and independence day celebration, not sure the game would have been the hit with the Mexican-American community that it has been in the past. But now I expect there'll be a large Korean showing. SJ + San Francisco has I believe the 3rd most Koreans in the country, behind NY and LA. And then of course....there are the Tottenham fan boys.

There's an English and Scottish/Irish(?) duo that are very good at their jobs and really make the games come alive. We've never gotten them, I believe they both worked the EPL at some point.

Question: this info on Quakes match guide says people get the Terremotos shirt at the FanFest starting at 2:30. But gates don't open until 3:30. Isn't the FanFest inside the gates? I'm just wondering when to arrive in order to get a shirt, but I don't want to have to sit outside the gates for an hour... GATES OPEN: 3:30 p.m. KICKOFF: 5:30 p.m. GATE GIVEAWAY: First 10,000 fans will receive a special-edition Mexican Heritage Terremotos Shirt courtesy of Habbas Law. The best way to get your Terremotos shirt is to arrive at the FanFest when it opens at 2:30 PM!
it's too bad quakes don't let us resell our parking -- it's going for $94 on ticketmaster... for those of you who sold your seats...
