Can't happen so enough. We were out of town visiting my oldest son in Seattle and missed the game. We caught the score and decided not to watch. We probably won't go on Wednesday, but will go to the RSL game on Saturday to cheer them on for one final home loss. It's really hard to care at this point.

It's about time too. Tommy Thompson will forever be the participation award.

Shana Tova, y'all! I'll be in services tonight but maybe will be back in time for the second half.

They can’t even be bothered to waste ink on us, and it’s only virtual ink!

Maybe they are trying to shame Fisher into doing something?

Maybe. Little do they know; he has no shame.

Imagine being on the receiving end of a universal outpouring of disgust, hate and loathing, directed at him, as the A's left town last weekend, while also bringing Quakes fans one of the worst seasons MLS has ever seen, to commemorate 50 years of soccer in our town.

It's a stunning amount of failure for one man.

That's about the other team besides us that I'd think the fans have to be so over it. Chicago doesn't even come close because although they've sucked for a while the owner has actually spend pretty decent on players. It hasn't worked out but that's another story. KC has become so stale with vermes that it's pretty surprising people actually show up to their stadium which looks real nice on tv but that team is atrocious....just like us. Never liked vermes and his smug looking shitty face jeje.

It really has. Especially after seeing a glimmer of progress last year.

Three super bowls in five years. Hard to get upset when you’re spoiled.

The women's team is doing well in KC, so there is that.

Tua is still planning on coming back as far as I know? Whether he should or not is another thing. The irony is that his last concussion was due to a collision with Damar Hamlin, the guy who almost died after a tackle due to commotio cordis - an often fatal disruption of the cardiac rhythm.

If one of your teams is winning three titles in five years, you have no cause for complaining about the futility of any of your other local teams.

As a matter of fact, this is the pregame thread, and FC Dallas still doesn't have any MLS Cups to their name, so Quakes fans should be gloating right about now.

With the success of the Warriors and Niners in recent years, we should also OK with the Quakes failures. :)

Nah, I'm good. I barely follow NFL anymore. I care about the Quakes.
Warriors, niners or sharks (or fins, marlins, canes, intermiami, panthers) winning championships has no effect on the Quakes. That's all I really care about. When I was a kid I had time to follow multiple sports. I don't nowadays nor do I care enough to follow so many sports.

    Oops.. forgot the giants
