We need to win this to tie RSL for first place, a loss will be unacceptable.

As long as the Quakes are in the top three, they will be good for the playoffs. The 4th and 5th have a knockout game, so it means more trouble for advancing.

 

And BeerKing is talking to himself....

 

3' Dawkins cuts to the middle on a break and is dispossessed by the 2nd man. Shades of last week.

 

And Stephenson wastes the opportunity...

 

3' Khari with the long range blast causes problems. Wondo draws the FK in dangerous spot.

Khari with the blast that gets knocked down in box but Lenhart can't convert. Another half chance for Lenny after bad clearance.

Pull Dawkins and put in Garza at the half.

Nice effort by Simon but his shot goes right to the keeper.

 

It's barely 6 minutes. It's silly to call people out for subs already.

 

And the results are showing...

 

7' Dawkins runs into the box, solid left footed rip but straight at keeper.
Somewhat encouraging so far, with Quakes getting all the shots. We need an early conversion so we take away the bunker option.

 

I started drinking early tonight...lol

 

9' Dawkins active early draws foul carrying across center circle. Then receives ball 30 yards out and fires speculatively wide left.

 

10; Ramiro bursts down the wing but Wondo can't control cross at top of box on the right.

12' My bad yes, Cronin for Moreno, with Khari in front.
Baca makes give and go run into box but is knocked off ball.

 

Crew had one long-range shot blocked by a defender at one point but have basically looked toothless on the counter.
14' Dawkins feeds Beita on the run after drawing the D but one time cross shanked high into the stands.
