San Jose Earthquakes 2017 primary uniform unveiling (Thursday, February 16)

I like it. I thought the most recent version was pretty boring (especially the white and red version). I only bought one because my son's picture made it onto one of the special fan numbers in 2015 (number 8 of course).

 

Which means they will roll out the AC/DC again, like in 2008.

It's so bad... lets just hope we win some games in it. Is there going to be a new secondary as well?

 

Kinda wonder if they had the jersey pattern, and then settled for black primary with blue accent because it looked better then the reverse. The design itself is slick, I just want the blue primary.

 

While I don't really mind how it looks, I don't like that they keep making Quakes jerseys where the pattern fades away instead of extending across the whole jersey... it seems like they're not fully committing to the idea.

Some Quakes marketing person or Adidas employee working on Quakes jerseys has fully embraced gradients not long after the rest of the world decided they're awful in almost every situation...

 

This. Would be so much better if was primarily blue.

Just saw the picture Tommy posted. Doesn't look too bad here... I'll hold my judgement for now.

 

only quake jersey I have is a white one from 08.....i might buy one of these new ones I like it.

 

Well it's very...black. It's OK. Would have probably preferred more blue, less black, but not a religious thing for me.

 

Looks like the shoulders are messed up again (little puff at the joint on top).

That's to make you look more buff, like your deltoids are so ripped that it is causing an odd puffing affect at the shoulder seam.

 

Surprised the shop online hasn't gone live with the new jersey, especially considering we got a bit of social media coverage tonight. I want to give you my money, Quakes!

 

Seeing it tonight up close it looked a lot better to me. I like that it is mostly black with the stripes more subtle. The long sleeve looks real nice...big improvement over the previous blue home jersey.

 

I love being the heels. ******** this league and all the dickwads acting like condescending assholes. Let's ******** all their knees up this year!

Hi looks a lot leaner to me... less muscular.

 

I'm not nuts about it, but it's not terrible.

I would have preferred the hoops. This one is gimmicky.
