    Huge difference, IMO.

    The glue that keeps the midfield together, especially from a defensive standpoint.

    But now that he's back for this year's playoff run, the whole team-- and not just the midfield-- is a lot better off.

    I agree! This is a nice article about Richard...it's good to see him get some public recognition for all his hard work and skills, although we already know how great he is!!

    As far as I am concerned, Richard's absence was a major reason we didn't make a difference in last season's playoffs. I still have a visual image in my head of him walking off that field, before it was known he had a broken ankle.

    Yeah, that was truly sad. Not only did he not know it was broken, he kept playing on it!

    Remember how the team brought his jersey out with them for starting lineups, and how Joey put it in his net at every game? I have pics of that.

    Thank goodness we have Richie this season! :D

    how could he have not made a difference? that's all richie does, baby ... he's a difference maker.
