It's still good pub. I'd take it any which way.

Hopefully there might be a bunch of people that find their way to the Club Quake site through sfgate/Chron.

    Si Se Puede. cheers!

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp The irony is that a Quakes win this Sunday will almost certainly mean the end of Yallop's tenure here (as he'll move on to the Canadian Nats job), although even a loss this Sunday doesn't guarantee that he won't get the job up north. :(

    &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp GO EARTHQUAKES!!! :(

Got a very nice email back from Dwight Chapin who tells me that that article is part of his series that will continue tomorrow, Sunday and Monday after the Cup final.

In a discussion last week with one of the higher level Quake employees (name dropper) I found that he was a lot more optimistic about Frank staying here than Mr. Goodsie is. On one point, he was in agreement with me that the head coach of Canada was not a step up from the present job (sorry, CanuckFan), another was that it would probably be a very low contact-with-the-players job because the coach has them in camp so few times compared to what an MLS coach has and that Frank would not find that to his liking. Maybe he's just thinking wishfully like me, but I just want to wait and see.
