From his Wikipedia page it indicates that he's Thai-American. He's not been capped by the Thai senior team yet, only at the youth levels (U-17, U-19, U-23). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Cunningham_(footballer) http://www.thaipremierleague.co.th/en/players_profile2.php?playerID=626
Sam "The Bam" Cunningham? The Tiger Woods of goalkeeping? BEC Tero Sasana's brand new Technical Director is none other than Sven-Goran Eriksson and in their first game under him, a cup tie, they took a lead vs. Buriram United only for YA Anthony Ampaipitakwong to score the equalizer. Small world. It looks like somebody named Pisan was in goal for BECTS, though: http://thaileaguefootball.com/articles/buriram-united-1-1-bec-tero-sasana.html
From what info I was able to gather, Cunningham does not play much, if at all. Wiki claims he has played in 2 matches this season while 3 other sites (Soccerway, and a couple I'm not familiar with) say zero. I couldn't find lineups or stats on the team's site, but I may simply be missing things in the translation from Thai.
A couple of sites have him at the Air Force club, still in the Thai Premier League, Transfermarkt says he moved in the offseason between 2012 and 2013- http://www.transfermarkt.com/samuel-cunningham/profil/spieler/164037 http://www.goal.com/en-india/people/thailand/73888/samuel-cunningham It appears he also got called up to the Thai national team in 2010 for 2 friendlies against India- http://www.thai-fussball.com/en/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=40 @bungadiri - Aim High: Samuel Cunningham with Air Force Central FC?
He seems to be at Sisaket FC, still in Thailand. Club site link -- I can't paste a link in because of the character set it seems: http://www.sisaketfc.net/ (What is it with me and character issues?)
