Sampdoria is a tough team.. I'm a bit worried they managed to take points off of us and Juventus. But if we stay firm we can beat them. Niang hattrick?
0-0 at half. we've had lots of possession but few ideas in the final third. in defense we're looking strong. abbiati with a couple big saves so far. montolivo has been anonymous so far.
Milan have no cutting edge in this match at all. Milan are dominating possession but there is not end product at all. It is all square passess. No penentration at all and Sampdoria are dangerous on the counter attack especially at the beginning of the half. They have come closest to scoring.
Sampdoria 0-0 Milan FT. Really bad finishing from both teams although to be fair not many chances were created. Sampdoria were the better team in the first half as Milan hardly tested Romero. In the second half Milan improved and had some good oppotunites but could not take them while Icardi should have scored when one-on-one with Abbiati. I thought it was a fair result in the end.
