His last game before international duty, Enrico Hernandez started and played 66 minutes against Den Bosch.

    FC Eindhoven won 1-0.

In more positive news, check out Tomas Romero’s save during El Trafico. LAFC tied 3-3.

This might force Hugo to do a last minute call up in Punyed or he will stick with Orellana in his position.

Does Christian Martinez play in Ceren’s position?

Ceren more of a Center Defensive Midfielder (CDM). Cristian Martinez is a Center Midfielder (CM).

Not sure where to put this, but Pablo Punyed is seemingly preparing for his post-playing career and has achieved a UEFA B coaching diploma.

A nearly 6-minute long video, yet only 40 seconds of it shows actual Jose Hernandez footage (most of it is just training highlights)

Anyway it’ll be interesting to see if Perez calls up the two Salvadoran-Canucks. CPL doesn’t seem like a strong league, but then again Forge FC knocked around FAS in the CONCACAF CL.

I don’t know if he (or Velado-Tsegaye) is getting much game time. Either way, Hugo Alvarado says he has already contacted him.

I think it speaks more about how bad our league is than how good the CPL is

Would he choose ES? I think there’s something that we as Salvadorans aren’t really paying attention to. CR is losing most of its starting 11. They haven’t been playing well, and they’re gonna need to make changes soon. Think players like this might wait and choose CR over ES.

Now would he be good enough from the options Costa Rica will want in the starting 11?

    We just gained Christian Martinez.

According to transfermarkt, this Adan Climaco dude, 20, plays for the reserves and doesn’t get much game time. I don’t see him getting called up to either NT anytime soon.

Yet Selecta remains LMF-focused when Hugo has already claimed that USL Championship is better than LMF, even rivalling MLS in some aspects.

There’s a few Salvadoran-Americans in that league that hasn’t been called up yet. I’m wondering how long before abroad players make up the majority of the NT.

Idk tbh, while it’s a good league i don’t really watch any CA league outside of ours lol

From what I understand, while the move seems imminent, it hasn’t happened officially until the October windows come. But let’s hope.

just bc one makes a move doesn’t mean another will. I do think that rn these WCQ show how badly we need depth and we can use any player that will actually help us instead of being another number just cuz their from abroad.

it remains the focus bc when we use a lot of the foreigners it doesn’t pan out (look at the Canada game). Some of these guys are not at that level.
The higher end teams yes. It makes sense bc of the way they’ve built. But i don’t see any of our USL players playing in the MLS too teams and starting. Hell even Ceren is a makeshift for rhe Dynamo and they stay struggling at the bottom.
