if it equal in brazil some players accept to play by very low salary only for put club name in curriculum or for a test purpose.

1 millions of dollar for year is a good top salary for south america.

you know how is the tv deals?

From what I heard, the payment system is very different from here in the US. I have heard of cases where clubs couldn't pay the salaries of players in with cash, so they entered negotiations for future percentages in the sales of younger players. So the entire economic process of some clubs revolve around the sales of players. It can all be very corrupt, especially when a player retires and joins to coach a team with players he owns part in. So does he play the player to earn more money for himself, or because he is truely talented. And ofcourse there are the occasional player strike for due salaries. I know that at least River has occasionally set free players in exchange of money owed to that player. Following the money in South American Soccer is near an impossible thing.

In S. America its the biggest and popular sport...(also Europe) that's why the pay... but in USA still growing... no too popular... I think that's the main reason...

Youth player maybe 500 dollar a month
    Bench-player maybe 1000 dollar a month
Fringe player maybe 2000 dollar a month
Average player Maybe 5000 dollar a month
Top player Maybe 10.000 dollar a month

Superstars: Veron, Beluki, Palacio, Maroni, Kily, Ustari from 15.000 to 30.0000 dollar a month

That would be around what they make, probally about 30-50% in bonus as well.
