Nah. Ronaldo is going to score 19 goals. 15 against Benfica, 10 will be deflections off shitbox Petit.

if we concede very few or we spread the goals out amongst the team

look at barca dinho was tops with 7 eto'o had 6 and cant remember who else but others popped up with goals when they needed

10+ would be nice but not crucial

when porto won it i think derlei was tops with 6 or so. so ten isnt necessarily what he needs to get.

if he got 5 rooney got 6 and ronaldo got 4 and say scholes with 3 and giggs with his usual 1 or 2 that should do fine

Saha has 2 goals in 5 CL Matches and I don't believe they were all starts. We will just have to see.

I'm not going to piss on Ruud's record with the team. That kind of pure scoring record may not be seen again in the Prem for a long, long time. But its becoming pretty clear what SAF saw in Louis Saha to convince him to pay £12.8m for the Frenchman. He's just been excellent since early 2006.

I was able to see the first two matches while on vacation, and Saha definitely looks sharp. I don't think many of us doubted his ability. It's just the "I word" that we're all worried about to an extent. Let's let him have a long run with the team before deciding on him fully.

The thing about him that comforts me is that he did not have any problems with injuries before he came here...

Actually he did have problems when he was on loan at Newcastle and then even with Fulham right after they were promoted. Still I'm holding out hope (we all are) that its behind him because quite frankly he's showing as much class as any striker in the world atm.
