This happened a week ago, but I don't remember any discussion about this or seeing it anywhere.

Not good news, but at least all charges have been addressed and this issue is closed.

    Love this part the most...
They were probably like ... the who? ;)

    • Operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
    • Operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed.
Would love to know whose vehicle he was driving. I can't imagine he knows many people outside of the Revs

I find this issue to be pretty interesting. A couple months back I raised the question of whether or not the Revs had the staff and procedures in place to help their foreign players adjust to living in the United States. Shouldn't the Revs be helping Sene get his license, and if he has yet to attain it, shouldn't they be setting up rides for him to/from practice? All of these things are kind of alarming to me.

Joseph traded and Sene court date on the same day, not to mention football lines at Gillette? Banner day for the front office .

I saw the football lines, I'm hoping they'll be gone prior to Saturday?

Considering we have AC Milan in the house on Saturday, if Kraft ever wants to host an international game again, he'd damn well better have the football lines off the turf.

Maybe they'll lay down real grass over the turf for the day... doesn't turn out very well though

I wonder if Heaps comes down on players the same way Belichick does when those players are late for practice...

Do you honestly see those two situations as equals? This is just as big of a failure on the organization as it is on Saer.

I might be opening a can of worms here, but did this strike anyone else as a tad bit excessive given the violations (meaning it didn't seem like he was belligerent or uncooperative)? Was it because he didn't stop right away?

The officer probably thought "Why didn't he stop? He must have a warrant" and got him in cuffs while he could ID him.

I don't know the current procedure but in years past that was one of Craig T's duties (he tapped me to help him with smoothing some things from time to time). As far as I know the Revs still have a full service support system to support players adjustment.

If you're right, then they failed again in this situation. They didn't make sure he can drive? They didn't make sure he had a license? It's not like he just got to the US a week ago.

Hell, they didn't even make sure he understood that saying "I play for the Revolution" wasn't a get out of jail free card? ;)

Common thing for Eastern-European style "Ultras".

Other things common to them include violence, racism, and hating people who have a slightly different language than themselves.

    And, as always, ACAB
