Gil Vicente is a worthy opponent. They've been phenomenal against ALL big clubs in Portugal. Beat Sporting, Porto and tied Benfica. Not sure how they faired against Braga but I expect a lot of determination from them. Eduardo will be the starting GK and will be making his last appearance for Benfica today.

I've wanted to see Nelson and Rodrigo team up for awhile now. Finally get to see the 2 youngsters pair up.
GOOOLLLOO Rodrigo!!! 1-0 29th minute! Well deserved, he's been hustling the whole game! Amazing cross from Bruno Cesar. Stole the ball, made the run on the left flank and crossed with perfect placement. Rodrigo with the acrobatic stretch for the tap in. Nelson Oliveira extremely quit. Cardozo type came, barely touched the ball, not involved.
Saviola replaces Rodrigo....GOLO SAVIOLA!!!!! 1 minute into the game!!! Javier "El Conejito" Saviola RESOLVA!!!
They celebrated like they just won the CL or something. Well, at least JJ is a consistent 3 out of 3 with this beer cup at Benfica. Liga is over. Season is over. No more games for me to watch. It's summer holiday time now. Thanks Benfica for the beer cup and all the wonderful moments of joy this fantastic season.....
