Major props to our latest Norteno - Ryan Nelsen.

In case you missed it, Ryan caught Footbalitis (it's spreading) and swapped jerseys with me and took a La Norte bucket hat. He wore it the entire second half and returned it to me in exchange for a bunch of beers.

Just a great guy. We told him he has to stay. :)

What did Ryan say about staying? If you talk to him again, make sure he knows how much we want him to be here.

Sachin and I were basically begging him to stay. He told us it is up them.

Ali also deserves props and a spot in La Norte...gave his jersey to Pepe, and eveytime this season we have called him to come over he has come over.

I was glad to see that you got ITT's jersey.

I hope he stays. I remember when United won the Interamerican Cup down in Fort Lauderdale. After the game a few of us were begging Tony Sanneh to stick around. He said it was up to Sunil and the league to pay him a decent salary. They didn't so he left. I still miss the big cat.

I think Curtis probably stays because he's not very expensive.

Nelsen probably stays because other teams probably aren't taking a chance on a guy just coming off of a knee injury.

But, these are just things I hope.

I think Ivan might price himself (and age himself) out of a job.
