"MOSCOW, March 31 (Reuters) - Russia have asked UEFA to shift their Euro 2004 qualifier against Georgia to a neutral venue following crowd violence during a match in Tbilisi over the weekend, a top soccer official said on Monday."

Russia is supposed to play in Tblisi on April 30th.

At the very least, UEFA should force Georgia to play a game without any fans because of the incidents during the Ireland match.
