I know this has been answered many times before but I’m on my phone (going to Russia). Is it still possible to transfer tickets that have been printed? Would I be able to pick up the ticket at a ticketing center even if I am only a guest? I am looking to get a Match 53 ticket and this is the only way it looks like it will work out for me logistically

Only the principal buyer can pick up tickets, or someone with a notarized permission from buyer and copy of their passport (or their credit card and date of birth).

Im in moscow from tomorrow 30 and to July 1.

 

No need of fan id for fan fest. I went to fan zone in moscow. Many screens and very comfortable. For russia vs Egypt 20 minutes before the game the doors closed and security didn't get anyone in because it was full. I would recomend to be hour and a half before the final.
