No, you try again. Bush's Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 amended Internal Revenue Code Section 179 to increase the amount allowed as an expense from $25,000 to $100,000. That does not factor in normally allowed depreciation, which in fact was also inreased by Bush from 30% to 50%.
