I don’t know now. Either @JerryZgoda’s reporting is incorrect, Heath got his dates mixed up or Heath is deliberately gaslighting fans. But Mark Watson returned from Buenos Aires on Monday NOT on Thursday as Heath stated. 1/#MNUFC #ReynosoWatch https://t.co/0EjmQeW72V— Mark Fangmeier (@mrfangmeier) February 2, 2020
BIG 🥦 #MNUFC— Ethan Finlay (@EthanFinlay13) February 5, 2020 Maybe referring to American striker Aaron Schoenfeld . tweet was liked by his father. Possible 3rd striker?
Sources telling @TheAthleticMIN that #MNUFC is close to signing Aaron Schoenfeld, pending physical. The former #Crew96 striker spent the last four years in Israel. At 6’4”, he’ll give an option in the box for the Loons’ crosses.— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) February 6, 2020
Pursuit of Argentine attacking midfielder Emanuel Reynoso has advanced “significantly” in the past two days and #MNUFC coach Adrian Heath said “we are optimistic.” Update from @JerryZgoda https://t.co/URUFvJKX9e— Star Tribune Sports (@StribSports) February 8, 2020
Sources telling @TheAthleticMIN that #MNUFC has traded defender Wyatt Omsberg to #cf97 for left winger/left back Raheem Edwards. Unclear if anything else is changing hands.— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) February 11, 2020
Busy 24 hours Sources telling me #MNUFC will loan Dayne St. Clair to #USL Championship club San Antonio FC for the 2020 season, paperwork pending. The GK will compete with incumbent Matt Cardone for starts. The Loons can let St. Clair spend ample time away given Miller/Ranjitsingh/Emmings.— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) February 10, 2020
Good move for Minnesota. Edwards was a solid utility player in Chicago. We paid $400k for him in 2018, but he was injured in early 2019. Our idiot coach hated him for some undisclosed reason, benched him and told him to "clean out his locker." The coach was fired and Edwards' contract was picked up for 2020. We expected that he was going to be a good back, some had his penciled in as a starter. Also, he is close to receiving his green card (and I thought he had already received it). Should be a decent player in Minnesota. I have no idea what a Wyatt Omsberg is. Can anyone fill us in on this mystery? Thanks.
Thx. Wyatt Omsberg was drafted in 18. Was looked at as future CB, but unfortunately rarely got good 1st team playing time. Always looked fine when he played though. Last year, he pretty much played at Forward Madison. I think he is still a good Cb for the future. Hopefully he gets some good minutes with you guys this year.
Good luck to him there. It's a damn shame Heath gave up on him; I think he still has some futbol left in him.
By the way - from mlssoccer.com: "A versatile player, Ibarra would be a valuable addition for Seattle as the reigning MLS Cup champions deal with the fixture congestion that accompanies Concacaf Champions League games at the beginning of the season. " Or for a team with league, open cup, and Leagues Cup games to play while players head off for Euro 2020, Copa America, or the Olympics!

Looks like a formal offer has been made.
According to @Augustocesar22, the offer from @MNUFC is for a loan, with a low purchase option. Riquelme and his team will decide within the next few hours. Difficult that they accept, they’ll look to negotiate a better deal. pic.twitter.com/A9R4sW3H1j— Boca in English | Podcast (@CABJ_English) February 12, 2020 hmmmm?!
🚨 #Boca have told @MNUFC they would require $7M-$8M for 70% of Reynoso’s rights (Talleres own 30%).Minnesota United aren’t willing to pay that fee, at most they’ll stretch to $5M.Because of that, Reynoso will STAY at Boca.@MatiBustosMilla via @cnnradioarg pic.twitter.com/p1HR9iOZcp— Boca in English | Podcast (@CABJ_English) February 13, 2020
Well...maybe...since Fangmeier tweeted that Mark Watson extended his stay in Buenos Aires through the weekend. It's not over until we say it's over!!!!!!!!
