Dube is terrific at ugly goals. Castro has made some very good plays, including the assistt on the first goal. Too bad we haven't seen more of him.

Between the win Friday and the good start tonight the Revs are positioning well for selling 2010 season tickets. It seems that every July, i'm ready to swear off the Revs, but then they wake up as the season enters latter stages.

Pretty goal from Dube. RSL ballwatching leaves Shalrie with too much space deep on the sideline and he punishes them with a very sweet cross to Dube

What to say? After the pathetic LA game you figure this team just doesn't have the personnel, the cohesion, to make a go of it this year.... and then Shalrie becomes a man possessed in Seattle, and then today players who seemed to have vanished [or deserved being banished] into the bulwark, like Castro, and Videira, and Dube, and even Thompson, come out and play pretty damn well. Suddenly, we may have personnel, and the cohesion looks improved, and we are on the edge of the playoffs... Nicol & Mariner must be doing something right :)

    Go Revs!

A big 6 point week, this team is getting hot at the right time.

MoTM Castro! I didn't know we had a player like that this whole time! He was hitting good crosses all night long, its that kind of service we have been missing all season. I want Castro and Janny on the field at the same time.

Dube best goal was his 3rd, the first wasn't put away the way it really should have been (far post), and the second was a tap in. But I'm taking no credit away from him, he was in right spots at the right times, I just can't look past the Castro performance!
