Unfortunately the matches are only live on Extra, then they pop back up on the site about 24 hours later. http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/#replays
So now that the Rs have resurrected the season (hopefully) on the pitch, maybe we should do the same with this forum! Next two very important matches are certainly destined for NBC Premier League Extra Time/Live Extra. So the easy options of NBC and NBCSN won't be available. So fire up the internet machine or find them on your DirecTV, Comcast or other participating Extra Time systems. Sat, Nov 22 - 10am ET Newcastle v QPR NBC Premier League Extra Time/Live Extra Sat, Nov 29 - 10am ET QPR v Leicester NBC Premier League Extra Time/Live Extra
Its early in the season, but Leicester is pretty much a must win game. We just have to start picking up points. The next four home games look winnable on paper (Leicester, Burnley, WBA, and Palace). We should be looking to pick up 13-15 points from the next 7 games. If we could, then we give ourselves a real chance of survival.
Another in what will be a long list of Live Extra/Extra Time matches in the next month or so: Tue, Dec 2 - 2:45pm ET Swansea v QPR NBC Premier League Extra Time/Live Extra DirecTV ch. 494 (if you subscribe or want to ask your local barkeep) Come on Rs
Projecting the rest of December: Sat, Dec 6, 2014 - Barclays Premier League QPR v Burnley 10:00 AM ET Extra Time/Live Extra Mon, Dec 15, 2014 - Barclays Premier League Everton v QPR 3:00 PM ET NBC Sports Network Sat, Dec 20, 2014 - Barclays Premier League QPR v West Bromwich Albion 10:00 AM ET Extra Time/Live Extra Fri, Dec 26, 2014 - Barclays Premier League Arsenal v QPR 12:30 PM ET NBC Sports Network Sun, Dec 28, 2014 - Barclays Premier League QPR v Crystal Palace 10:00 AM ET Extra Time/Live Extra
Nice. Boxing Day is on TV. Of course, we are liable to get thrashed away to Arse, but I'll get to enjoy the splendor of the thrashing in a pub with a full English Breakfast!
I'll be in California. Will have to see if I can find someplace north of San Diego that's open for 9:30 a.m. games that day.
I'd focus on enjoying the weather over watching our 9th Premier League away loss to start the season.
January TV/internet fixture notes: Premier League QPR V Swansea Thu 1 Jan 15:00 UK Live Extra/Extra Time FA Cup - Third Round QPR V Sheff Utd Sun 4 Jan 13:00 UK No UK or US TV Online audio through BBC London, if not blocked in US Premier League Burnley V QPR Sat 10 Jan 15:00 UK Live Extra/Extra Time Premier League QPR V Man Utd Sat 17 Jan 15:00 UK Possibly NBCSN, but I bet they'll pick Swansea/Ch**sea - Live Extra/Extra Time Premier League Stoke V QPR Sat 31 Jan 15:00 UK Live Extra/Extra Time
So it looks like the Sheff United game isn't going to be broadcast. What a drag. Hopefully there will be a stream available somewhere.
As expected, we'll be on Live Extra/Extra Time this Saturday with NBCSN picking Man Utd-Leicester. Might not be on traditional TV for awhile -- maybe not til Spurs on March 1st.
NBC has (of course) gone with Villa-Chelsea on Saturday morning. So our pivotal match v Southampton will be on Live Extra/Extra Time.
Wednesday, March 4 QPR v Arsenal 2:45pm ET LIVE NBC Live Extra/Premier League Extra Time/DirecTV Ch. 493 NBCSN picked West Ham-Ch***ea
Also of note, it is on the schedule of 1 World Sports (FIOS 309, Dish 9794, RCN cable 393 & 571(HD)) for a few replays. That channel is not available on Comcast, DirecTV, or Cox, according to their website. I think the first one is at 7:30pm on Thursday (then overnight that night). If things go well, I'll watch it from there. If not... well, the DVR has a delete button.
I've reserved the afternoon off... good! But might be forced to watch at Lucky Bar with Arsenal America... bad!
Hmm... I'm already off on the 5th & 6th. Not sure if I can get out early tomorrow. I'll let you know if I can meet up.
I'm planning on staying over in NE for the match and watching at The Queen Vic on H St. They told me they'll pop it on in addition to Liveropool-Burnley.
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...e-financial-fair-play-rules-with-fine-looming says Queens Park Rangers, who will play in a level no higher than League Championship next season, could be expelled from the Football League and sent down four levels to Conference National. @QPR Kevin H How do you feel?
FFP is a joke and the League don't really have much of a leg to stand on legally. I'm not seriously concerned about triple relegation. Though we'll see what the panel suggests in terms of violation and how much of a distraction it will be in a critical offseason.
