Actually its Leicester-Wigan on beIN Saturday morning on beIN... https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/...pionship-on-bein.1991445/page-2#post-28640473 Makes a bit more sense, still not the Rs though.
I cant believe Fox soccer isnt jumping at the chance to play some of the football league games or any games for that matter. all the show now are their reality tv shows
Our match v Brighton tomorrow (Weds 9/18) will be on BBC Radio London (no TV or video stream). http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01fy1cd They say no online commentary but there almost always is
Don't know. I re-upped for QPR Player so I've got one for certain each week (though I'll be at my son's first soccer game tomorrow during QPR's game time).
How'd he do And we were on BBC London Saturday - always a good idea to check this page a day or two before matchday http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbclondon/programmes/schedules. I couldn't listen because we were on our way to my daughter's first music festival.
I was able to listen. Intense game considering it probably should've ended 0-0, but for once we keep getting lucky haha. We're top with a 3pt gap though!
And since we're top, the chances at getting a Saturday kickoff sent around for intl TV distribution rise - these games are usually shown live on beIN Sport. Upcoming matches with Boro, Barnsley and Millwall could be possibilities. The big match with Burnley next month looks like it will be changed for TV -- http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/230913-potential-fixture-change-1071029.aspx
I hope so. I have a feeling all the guys at the local pub are missing my friends and I coming in to take up one of their TVs for lowly QPR haha.
I'm definitely looking forward to annoying local Man Utd and Chelsea "fans" by reserving a pub TV for the likes of QPR-Barnsley
Indy is so bad now because there was that Chelsea-Inter game and now everyone is a chelsea "fan". I almost got caught trying to steal a flag from one of the bars here
QPR World is going to be the only option for Saturday's match v Boro. beIN have gone with Millwall-Leeds and it's Hull-West Ham on BBC London.
Just want to say that it's good to see that the club has recognized this page and my hometown supporters group in Indianapolis. I'm actually kinda surprised there aren't a lot more groups in the US.
No coverage for Barnsley this Saturday. beIN and BBC London went for other matches. Fingers crossed for Millwall in a few weeks.
beIN picked Watford-Derby for their 10am kickoff this week. Damn. Can't imagine they'll pick someone else next week though, with us playing Burnley.
No word as of yet on US media for the Rs trip to Burnley. But I can't imagine beIN/Al Jazeera will pick another match for their Saturday 3pm/10am time slot. Fingers crossed, we should be on beIN Sport's main US channel.
How does beIN Sport work? Is it just streaming on computer, or do they have a tie-in with a TV station?
They are a cable/satellite channel that has now been picked up on many cable outlets. They bought up rights to 4 of the 5 away US World Cup qualifiers this year, putting pressure on systems to pick them up. I now have the channel on Verizon Fios. http://www.beinsport.tv/ This seems to tell you about some of the providers where you can find them (and about their online offering): http://www.beinsport.tv/getbein
If you have Comcast you'll need the digital sports package to get beIN (the English language channel). And Comcast does not have an agreement to carry their beingsportplay.tv streaming channel. beIN is also available at most, if not all, bars that show soccer.
Well double bad news... beIN won't be televising a 10am ET kickoff this weekend (in favor of a Barca-Madrid pre-game show). And beinsportplay is streaming Blacpool-Blackburn...???? DOH!
beIN's streaming site ended up switching to our match! Sadly it's web stream only http://www.beinsportplay.tv/schedule No dice for me, but you should be able to watch with FIOS, Atouk.
No video for tomorrow evening's match in hand at Wigan, but it will be on BBC London. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01jgxwc
QPR supporters of the Big Soccer forums, esp Kevin, thank you for posting info on match broadcasts. And hello from Chicago!
