http://www2.dailycamera.com/bdc/soccer/article/0,1713,BDC_2414_2042406,00.html Up next, however, is the annual exhibition game in Boulder against the Colorado Rapids tonight at 6 p.m. at the Pleasant View Soccer Complex. Rapids regulars, who played on Saturday, are expected to play the bulk of today's game. "It's always a good time when the Rapids come to town," said Reserve general manager Peter Ambrose. "It's a great atmosphere." Tickets for tonight's exhibition against the Rapids range from $7-10 and can be purchased on-site at the game, through Rocky Mountain Soccer in Boulder or by calling the Rapids Reserve at 303-413-9126. Does our winning streak have to end so soon?
Nice job by the Camera -- GAME IS ON TUESDAY NIGHT (confirmed based on two communications from the Rapids and calling the BRR phone line)
Wish I had read this thread before I left for Pleasant View. There was a nice little sign saying "the newspaper was wrong" but it wasn't worth the trip to Boulder. Sorry if I misled anyone. I plan on being there tomorrow.
Ya coulda checked www.rapidsfan.com anytime since late Sunday night... or for that matter the BRR page at www.nfrflood.com/brr/ Sorry you made the trip for nada. Send me a PM and I'll tell you how to get in without paying.
http://www1.dailycamera.com/bdc/soccer/article/0,1713,BDC_2414_2045098,00.html The 6 p.m. game pits Boulder's Premiere Developmental League team against Denver's professional team in the only matchup of the year between the two squads. Great reporting all around
