Popular Rovers forum has a thread asking people to name the top 3 Rovers players this year. Every single one of them (except one jokester) has big Brad at the top of the list.

    Thanks American -

Remember when Souness first brought Brad in and people were saying he was completely nuts to bring in a foreign keeper given the players they had?

I'm always trying to find other keepers in the Premiership that have to be Brad's equal. Cudicini, Niemi, and Given and others have been very good at times, but Big Bad Brad is the best keeper in the world right now.

Joe Cannon is the back-up for a French team.

But a NORTHERN French team. Heck, if Hank V was still around, he'd be backing up in the EPL.

    Mike, you are too funny.

I've got a proposal for you - you pull together the entire FRIEDEL MANIFESTO, I'll turn it into something that looks like the Declaration of Independence (in terms of font/style), and we'll get someone connected with Big Soccer in England to get Friedel himself to sign the Manifesto! I'm sure he'll do it if the Manifesto were actually auctioned for charity (as opposed to making money). I'd be willing to bid a guaranteed $200 to kick off the bidding...

Dude, who WOULDN'T want a SIGNED FRIEDEL MANIFESTO?!? :D

    Just no comparison.

Helen Keller is lousy going to her left, and she;s only average with her feet.

She has trouble organizing her defence too, from what I hear.

Oooh, this is in such bad taste...

next you're going to say Friedel was a milkman in Redlands about 21 years ago and told the mother to name the child after the creator of Little House on the Prairie.
