St. Louis Rams vs. real new york at The RAMDOME match#123549804 In first place, real new york goes on the road against the second place Rams, the team that cost me autopromotion last season. They've got a strong midfield and attack better than my out of form defense, but they're putting up inadequates in defense. I'm playing a 3-4-3 with a wtm and a def. forward, and motsing. This one goes a long way towards deciding the series title.
Down 1-0 early. No rain, yet the best attendance I get is just over 61k. Supporters high on life, 3rd place in DIII and still in the cup, yet I can't sell out the newly expanded (to 68k) stadium. Why again is it worth it to shell out for higher wages to play in DIII?
Down 4-0 at half. Two of his goals were off of PK's. Lossing Poss 56-44, that's about what I thought so I figured I had a chance. Guess not.
tough game at home against 3rd, im mots missing my starting defender and im winning mid by 58 and had 2 chances, hopefully my new forward can do something and i can once again gain a lead on the division. losing 0-1
Up 0-1 against the series leader. I seem to usually match up pretty well with him, since he plays 5-3-2 and VERY defensive/counterattacking, and I play 3-5-2, so I usually dominate midfield. 13 minutes to go...
Getting my butt handed to me 6-1, reality of DIV setting in, even though I may still be in first after this game I will also be only 4pts out of 7th.
Ended up winning 0-1 despite being out-HSed 132-123. Gotta love that MOTS. Now I have three PICs before the next big one.
finally got a win this season in league. come from behind too, was down 3-1, and came back to win 4-3.
Wow, a busy final 2 minutes in my match .. In the 88th minute, a phenomenal play on the left side freed Kees Secreve, of Mongrel, to dash through and score another goal for the visitors. The score was then 2 - 4. By then Kees Secreve was a three time scorer - a hat trick! At this point in the game, defending their lead became the main priority for Mongrel. October's Nicholas MacCowan was shown a yellow card after 90 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Mongrel's Kees Secreve received a play slashing through the home side's central defense in the 90th minute, and chipped it past the keeper to score the 2 - 5 goal. The home crowd was not pleased with that one. Charles Swan of Mongrel was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. After 90 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for Pablo César Hernández who increased Mongrel's lead to 2 - 6. October's Ron Mccurdy was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick freekick in the 90th minute.
2-0 win on a PIC. Fell to 3rd on goal difference. It's gonna go to the wire this season. Damn, a good keeper REALLY boosts your defensive ratings!
Down by a goal a couple times, came back both of them and ended with a 4-3 win. No injuries or cards is good for the cup.
won 2-1. but mots my new guy scored and i am first again with a 2 point margin and im playing the #2 guy next week but i used my mots we will see what happens, i would be fine with a tie.
Sitting in first in DIV IV.12. Funny thing is the league is so close that TS makes a world of difference. The average HatStats for teams in 1-6 ranges from 220.4-236.25. Unfortunately my Cup run of PICs is over so it looks like I am going to see my TS start drifting lower over the next few weeks.
