I mean these guys can't really drink during the season. You get down to as slim as possible, spend 10 months barely drinking (if all) and see how you do

Ohhhh... I've been that dude especially in college. I'd spent a bulk of the summers taking 15-18 hours of courses, training, and playing adult leagues so I was fit and ready for the collegiate season. I barely touched a drink from June to December. When January came and Spring semester hit, I had a lot more social life and was probably worse than Tequila Tillman. I've heard stories. Thank god cellphones didn't have cameras back then! :D

Replace Reijenders or replace Wirtz. Jesus.... those are some MASSIVE shoes to fill. Is Tillman ready for that kind of challenge?

That would be a dangerous move - though it's always nice to have a few guys on the same side. Depends who else AC get. Milan just seems problematicly unpredictable as long as Ibra lurks.

Reijnders had one good season in which the team was really awful. Those are not huge shoes to fill for Tillman. Wirtz, yeah.

  15. He not only played well for AC, but was since october 2023 massive in the midfield for the Orange Squad too.
He's considered one of the absolute top midfielders in Europe.

No. Unless he's now carrying a serious grudge.

FC T slept through 23/24 and was groggy for most of 24/25... I don't know that TR is exactly one of the "absolute" top mddies in Europe, but he is a very effective player, and has demonstrated that for multiple seasons now. No question.

He couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn during the 23-24 season. And he’s never really been an assist guy either. Plus, his tackling is nonexistent. He’s overrated. Still good. Just not better than Tillman imo.

Lol. The guy had just shy of 4k minutes for the #2 Serie A team (more than CP even - I think only Theo had more), playing primarily CM/DM - most often in a the 2 in Milan's 4-2-3-1. Yeah, he didn't score a lot of goals from there - but Milan scored a dozen more than the season before, when he was not at the club. And he had a very decent scoring touch this year - as it was needed (as did CP and Leao). Sadly, AC forgot that a striker should be someone who can strike.

But I don't really need to defend the guy - the scouts at Man City seem to have done that for me.

The same scouts that thought Graelish was worth £100,000,000?

Sure, and the same ones that got Alvarez for, what 15 - 20 and sold him for how much?

Now, are you here predicting a Grealish career for TR at Citeh? lol

I'm not 100% sure of the fit, tbh, Citeh can splash so much cash that there's not a lot of margin for adjustment, but I'm gonna predict he still has a better Manchester sojourn than Grealish. But this is a Tillman thread and I hope he stays at PSV one more season so we can see him, Dest and Pepi link up for a year. I hate PSV, but I like having fewer games to try to follow.
