Didn't see the game, but Ronaldinho just tore through the Bordeaux defense, scored a brace to lift PSG to a 2-0 win in the French cup semifinal.

Where will he go after this season? I personally would like to see him in Man U alongside Van Nistlerooy. I don't want to think this genius will go to Italy and their overly defensive game. La Liga or the EPL. What do you guys think is the likely destination for this is unbelievable player. What are the latest rumours?

I here he's heading to Manchester, although Juventus expressed some interest as well. He'd make a fine strike partner with RVN as he's been so misused at PSG.

shiiiiite! Screw that, I wanna see El Phenomeno II in an MLS jersey, not like it would ever happen, but the league would gain popularity quickly!

Riiight. Here's what would happen if Ronaldinho came to MLS. Two options.

#1) Ronaldinho scores a hat trick a weekend. Let's face it, if Clint in his prime can score 5 goals in one game, Ronaldinho doing a hat trick every week or two is not impossible.

#2) Joey Franchino or any other hack in the league takes him down, breaks one of his legs and tears a hamstring in ol' Ronny, and then is punished by the harsh penalty of a yellow card. We all know how good the league's officials are at protecting it's talent.

One person is not going to be the difference in this league lasting as a league. Ronaldinho might attract some press world wide and some Brazilian ex-pats, but who the hell else is going to care? That's right, normal soccer fans who have already heard of him and want to see him play. When he's gone, what then?

Could you please avoid to make more than one lucid point per poast!! We are trying to run a soccer board here and Yanks aren't supposed to be able to make lucid points about MLS and USNT...
