First Inter, then Palermo, now Juve. I don't think you could get any worse than that. Well look at the bright side, Totti is back and everyone is fit so far. I think a 0-0 or 1-1 draw will do it. Goals coming from Cassano and Del Piero. Juve is playing without Nedved and Trezeguet..., I'm pretty sure.

This is a must win game for Roma before they start slipping to far down the chain. A win against Juve will be HUGE and will hopefully disrupt the strategy/momentum of Juve. Who knows they could start losing quite a few games if they think they are untouchable.

Unfortunately every game is a huge game from here on out. This has been a tough season to swallow. Samp, Udine, Palermo, and Inter don't have cake walks either.

I believe the giallorossi will get up for juve, in vengeance against that traitor Capello.

Juve have been struggling lately... (besides the 3-0 trouncing of Siena this weekend), and i feel that roma is due for a big win that they have found elusive this season.

Roma's defense show up and shut out juve with a goal in the first half from montella and a late strike by totti

    Roma 2 -- 0 Juventus

Juve's ego will kill them and Montella will grab 2 for a final score of 2-1

Was that a insult? Well i am not the "popular one" on these boards and on this site for that matter but i do think i get along with others pretty well.

I support 3 teams from Italy in different divisions, well actually Palermo are now in the first division now but i got love for both. And Napoli are in the 3rd division but common it's Napoli (the history, players, etc..) i gotta follow them because i am also Neopolitan.

    off the purple line
If Del Nerri puts out an ultra defensive side like he did against Lazio, look for Juve to squash us. If we have an attacking side (or at least attacking by current standards), I expect a difficult victory for Juve. Other than the draw against Milan, we have shown an inability this season to beat a quality side (in league or in the CL). The draw with Inter was Inter's lost points. Of course I would love to be proven wrong and see Montella add to his tally, Totti return with a vengence, and Cassano show will be on his way to another double digit season when it comes to total goals.

By the way, I had this awful daydream as I was looking at the posts to the Valencia board: We fire Del Nerri at the end of the season (a move which I think should take place) and hire Renieri. Take care.

This will be either a great win for us or Juventus luckily tieing or beating us ;)

The reason is because Roma always plays better against the top teams ... which in a way is bad because they play like ******** against weak teams but thats another subject :D

Totti is back to lead the troops ... 3-0

This is a statement match, for sure. Juve are slightly slippin at the moment. If Roma want to contend, at all, for Lo Scudetto....they need all 3 pts.

I see this match ending in a 1-1 draw.

We can't contend for the scudetto this season. We are fighting to reach the 4th spot.

Well Milan won at Atalanta today after a 90+4 minute goal from Andrea Pirlo. Lets hope that puts a great amount of pressure to win on Juventus.

Great match so far. Juve's goal was completely against the run of play.

Hopefull Roma will recover and equalize soon.

And the ref has just give a penalty to Juve.

No way was that a PK. It was outside the area.

And it was barely a foul in the first place. Horrible call.

Del Piero connects the PK, 2:1 in favor of Juventus.

That was a terrible call by the referee.

That PK was total nonsense. I smell a rat.
If I disliked Juve before, I loathe them now.

    2-1 HT

Roma were starting to look better right before the HT....let's see if they can carry it over into the 2nd half.

Totti needs to be careful. The announcer says he has a yellow card already.
    Is that true?

Cassano's goal was great.....he slipped the ball right under Buffon's outstretched leg. Very smooth.
