Yea! Another half-assed Rochester stadium! No retractable roof on Frontier Field, no scoreboard when they renovated the War Memorial, and now the soccer stadium is cut in half! Woohoo - I've never heard of a city so determined to have second-rate facilities before.

From what I know of capital projects (I'm an engineer in a capital project division), by reducing the size from 20,000 to 13,000, the politicians expect the price to go from $50M to $33.5M. In reality, it'll go down to something like $45M. It'll be a stupid decision that will haunt soccer in Rochester forever. No national team games, no chance for MLS... man...
