I recently made a deal to buy 4 shirts from him, I paid him and waited for shirts to be delivered which never happened. He replied to my emails at the begining but then ignored me and disappeared. I made a claim with Paypal which I won but when they could not recover any funds from this person's Paypal account I was told that although the dispute was ruled in my favour Paypal does not cover purchases outside of Paypal. So basically they told me bad luck you lost your money unless we recover the funds one day.
