Genoa of Italy's Serie B who were actually relegated to Serie C1 last season but re-instated after the whole mess with the courts, have started the season with three straight losses (and no goals to date). Not too surprisingly, they've fired new coach Roberto Donadoni. I kind of feel bad for the guy. He did ok in his first head coaching job (I think) with modest Livorno last season and took what he thought was a step down to C1 to help Genoa start rebuilding itself. Instead, they're in Serie B again, without deserving to be. They lost 3-0 at home to Atalanta yesterday, and he was replaced by Luigi De Canio. http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/sep21h.html
