I am curious to see what happens with Thiago next year. Since its first year at Castilla, I assume he will still be there next year. I have my fingers crossed that Castilla can get promoted but I think it is unlikely.

Yup. Return leg on June 5. This is the semi final. If Castilla beats Sabadell over two legs and another team in the final round, they will be promoted.

 

Hope Pitarch leads Castilla to the promotion. He's experienced a level none of his teammates and opponents have.

Castilla just conceded 2 goals in 3 minutes

 

The ref did not help but it was fairly disappointing how they went out. I am not sure they will get another chance at promotion so soon again. Palacios was basically their best player and he will be moving on.

 

I disagree about ref. He allowed very physical game , but i felt he was consistent for both teams. Second goal under other official probably would've been foul on Thiago , but like i said , ref was consistent throughout the game. We were better overall but somehow lost the game by 3 goals. First goal was gifted by us to them , last was typical counter when we were pushing to score.
