What's happening with that "Fort Pitt" team in the NPSL(?)? Is their presence (Monroeville, IIRC) affecting the Hounds, either positively or negatively?
They're not having any effect on the Hounds. Looks like they had a good record but idk what kind of attendance they pulled. Nothing of note came out of the court date the other week as far as I can tell. Looks like November 3rd will be the date for the plan vote.
Editing is well on it's way after a very fun day of photo shooting at the stadium with the Riverhounds Academy. pic.twitter.com/eWqTjhpIk7— Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (@RiverhoundsSC) October 27, 2014 Good looking jersey, imho.
I talked a little about it on the SA blog today- http://steelarmypgh.com/2014/10/off-season-speculation-2015-kits/ It's the same general style as the third kit the Riverhounds have used a few times. It might be an indication of the first team's kits next season. As far as I can remember the Academy has always worn the same style as the first team.

Houston is supposed to meet with the Hounds sometime this month to determine their plans for next year.
They were trying to get their own team in McAllen for 2016. For 2015, Austin would make a lot of sense. Though, if you're Austin, would you do a one-year thing with Houston or a long-term deal with Dallas? (Or hold out for a possible San Antonio ascension?)
