I watched the movie "Football Factory" this weekend and they say that Chelsea is a bitter rival to Millwall. I never heard of this, is it true? Another movie, Green Street Hooligans, say that the rivalry is between Millwall and West Ham.
QPR, Crystal Palace, but hell all of the London clubs have beef w/ each other. On the Millwall topic, I believe their biggest rivals are West Ham.
depends on what generation of fan and what time you are talking about currently I would think it would be Man Utd. and Arsenal Spurs have been hated for years and should always be in the top three Leeds are a golden oldie- lots of hatred there there are other clubs who have a "rivalry" with us, but we basically choose not to care- Fulham, QPR, etc.- which makes it even better any of the London clubs would fit in as well as they all generally dont like another. as for your question the rivalry with Millwall has more to do with who had the toughest crew as Millwall claimed they did with the Bushwackers, while the Headhunters of Chelsea had a strong claim along with ICF of West Ham. I would think that those three clubs would easily be the top 3 crews in London. Plenty of strong units in the lower divisions as well.
Plenty of my mates were Millwall fans. Fern hit it bang on, they were never football rivals, just aggro rivals. Strictly speaking, in a geographical sense, Qphaha would be our 'bitter' rival. Practically speaking, taking into acct the generational gaps, here is my top three (football) rivals. 1. Tottenham 2. Leeds. 3. QPR
