Setting aside the question of personal ethics, does Perle not care what the public thinks or was the chance to line his pockets too much to resist?

This stuff is getting out of hand. Perle's dong this, Halliburton's doing that, The president's spending tax dollars to play navy pilot for a day.

I've seen taxpayer dollars spent on A LOT worse by some former Presidents.
