Richie has all the tools, and the mentality too, just needs to tighten up his technique and decision making here and there. PSV was a great move for him and a debut can’t be too far away. It sucks that Jong PSV are so dire because you really can’t see his best there. He was on the outside too much against Eupen, I think he’s much more influential in the middle of the park.
??? First, this team "lost" 5 players to the first team. So these spots are filled by promoting players from U19 team. These arenot dire players! They come from youth play into a first season against pro players. They need adjusting time. Anyway, the front line is formed by huge talents, so Richie has ample opportunities to show he can feed these talents. One of them might be heading to the first team very fast, Noni Madueke. In fact there were 15 new faces of which 10 from U19. Making up excuses doesnot get one far in the strive for the first team, only showing you belong there, just like the 5 did that are now in the first team selection.

Finished 4-2 against. Jong PSV played with ten from 34' on, so Ledezma's goals at 43' and 50' were scored when the team was already shorthanded. Ledezma was subbed off at 71' (@ 2-2).

What a great way to start the 2nd half. I hope he gets some 1st team minutes down the stretch and places himself perfectly for a permanent role next season. Pretty much right on schedule.
