I feel very confident Mount gets the start.

If Lukaku healthy enough, he will start.

The battle, I think, is between CHO and Pulisic for the remaining spot.

    Is that claim objectively true?

Source? Ugh... I would rather him just keep his mouth shut if he can't word it any better than that. Rudi has been great this season... and is likely loved by his teammates a ton. It was a bummer of a miss IMO... but he isn't a striker/winger or even wingback... he is a CB. In short, I think CP could have worded this a lot better.

Agreed, just noting that Werner and Lukaku are coming off injuries so we might see another "emergency" start at the 9 for Pulisic.

I'd much rather see him playing off of Lukaku.

Like any group of sports fans, you can find many different opinions about every topic if you go looking for them. The poster that you’re responding to is obsessed with finding negative ones and then bringing them here to be provocative…as if these vaguely attributed message board opinions are some sort of barometer of CP’s performance, and as if we’re supposed to all hold them in high regard.

I forgot about Havertz, I suspect he will be in the 9 role. This may be a tougher game than expected given that that middle four. Azpi, Saul and Loftus Cheek are not James, Jorghino and Kante.

Is he playing a false 9 again?

That central mid pairing looks worrisome.

But their 3 best midfielders are out injured, or still recovering from injuries.

I would think Havertz is the 9 with Mount and CP flanking.

Interesting front three - I would give them license to be creative (in all senses, including positional).

He's obsessed with Euro message boards in particular, desperate for validation from Euro fans. Sad!

Delay for fan having a serious medical problem.

I think the woman doing color doe Peacock is right. Chelsea needs to go over the press. Their midfield is not showing up foe the ball and the press is so aggressive.

I tuned in late and all I know is they mentioned a medical emergency. Now no commentators

Why did they go silent in the commentary box. Do they get paid by the word?

And yet another injury stopping CP from playing as soon as he is fit to start.

Sure, it's in the stands, but if *this* doesn't convince you he is injury prone...
