all of this news of City players boozing it up on late nights on the town has me stoked for my trip to Manchester later this month!
What gets me is that they're talking about a night on the town three days before a game. I think the worst night of debauchery of mine that I can recall only took about two days to more or less recover from (I woke up still drunk - the hangover came a day later). At what point did something THREE DAYS AHEAD!!!! become a problem?
Yeah, no kidding. You have to almost put yourself in the emergency room to be feeling it 3 days later..
Said players might have it stipulated in their contracts somewhere that they can't get drunk a certain number of hours before games or during the season or whatever. But that's only a guess on my part.
