Okay, so count me as one of the Reyna bashers, albeit a realistic one. But think about this, Reyna has now had a nice, long off-season, longer than he maybe has ever had since he left college, and no international matches to interrupt his vacation. If he was ever going to get healthy, well rested and fit, this is the year.

Anyway, he's on the team and he's going to be on the team so all the bitching in the world isn't going to stop that from happening. It certainly isn't his responsibility to fall on his sword because some internet guys say so. That said, you can not have a DP spot taken up by someone who contributes about 60k worth of roster spot. So yeah, I'm a little pissed off at Bruce right now. Just like I was pissed off NickSack for the second guaranteed year on SGR's contract. JCO better find some diamonds with these guys he is bringing in.
So we can expect him to be holding the ball, slowing the attack and passing laterally well into August.

Metz, let's give him a chance. If after the first month he still plays like crap I will support you 100%, but lets give him a month into the season and support him.
Reyna was really good about 4 or 5 games last year. Easily the classiest player in those games. I assume he was healthy in those games, if he can be healthy again we will be in good shape. If we can put an attacking midfielder in front of him, we will have a great midfield with depth.
