Does anyone know the Revs' winter schedule? How long are they off? When and where do they resume training (back to Brazil?)? Will they play any off-season friendlies?

I assume they will want to be ready for the beginning of the Champions' Cup games in early February. I wonder how this will mesh with MLS' usual pattern of making personnel moves in late February and March?

Also, will the Revs' play their home leg in Foxboro?

Assuming that we're going ahead with essentially the same people as last year, how much time would SN want to try incorporating Serna and Griffiths into the line-up?

I think the new stadium will make it easier to stay in training locally. The field is heated and will stay "alive" all winter, so they can play on it through any mild weather (usually most of December). They also have the "bubble", and supposedly great training facilities right at the stadium.

This Champion's Cup seed is incredibly great news. I think this is what will finally vault the Revs into the top tier of established MLS teams. A year-round competitive schedule, competition against non-MLS style clubs and the extra time to establish team dynamics will all make them stronger next season.

It seems like every year they start the preseason slower than almost everyone else. I think a big part of that has been the lack of off-season competitions.
