    Great start by the Revs.

Pat Noonan scores in the 2nd minute.

    No Heaps?!?!

From the player list, am I to understand they are going with the following lineup?

    Reis

    Peirce - Kamler - John - Leonard

    Ralston - Joseph - Cancela - Franchino

    Noonan - Twellman

Good for Noonan...good for Revs...now let's keep it up!!

Heaps and Baker have apparently found the bench after the last game.

    --

How on earth did TnT miss that shot?

    35th Minute:
Great Chance for the Revs. Kamler lays the ball off to Taylor with an open goal. Taylor miss hits it and sends it wide.

Taylor's miss typifies his season so far.

Corner for the Revs in 44th minute, Kamler heads it across the goal mouth, and Leonard with a blast from just outside the box, hits the outside of the woodwork.

Revs in general have been rather sloppy so far though. Reis has made a couple of huge saves.

Hey, let's see if we can sit back and protect a lead for 87 minutes...

15 seconds of stoppage time ... one half down. 1-0 Revs on Noonan's third minute goal.

Please tell me someone else is online ... need to talk about this performance! :)

    Twellman

Yea, that shot by Twellman sums up his season. But at least he's still working.

As for Heaps and Baker sitting, Baker is sitting because there are better players to be put in, while Heaps had a major hiccup last game and has paid for the mistake, not to mention he could use a break. I think we'll see Baker in the second half and try to get some crosses into the box to relieve the pressure on the Revs D.

Once again, Taylor has been fouled constantly throughout the entire game so far. Did you see that guy intentionally fall onto his back?

He's working, but his passes seem off rather consistently tonight.

Even though Nicol wasn't too concerned with Quill getting open on the right side he must of felt he needed to change it up and put the quicker and more comfortable Heaps in the backline. I really like this move, Franchino's passing wasn't too desireable in the first half and I believe Ralston can help contain some possesion.

Another good chance by NE, started by Joseph. More buildup but nothing to come of it. Still, thats more time the ball is out of the NE defense.

Kamler with a week cross from the left, and the ball eventually wound up with Ralston, whose cross was too far over everyone.

    50 minutes down...

I agree, if Twellman was on this game could easily be 2-0 or 3-0. His passing is allowing the Burn defense to venture forward a little more.

Ralston's 250th career appearance. Congrats!! (alot of milestone's this year)

Twellman with a nice run by a nice ball by Noonan (so glad to see he's turning it around) and it ends up with a deflected shot by Kamler.

Corner kick ends up with Joseph creating a rukus in the box, Heaps in the box with a dangerous cross but Dallas clears.

Another free kick from about 35 yards out.

A buildup by Dallas and the defense holds strong, ends up with a Dallas corner kick, seventh of the night. Cleared by NE.

    Sub.

    Nunez for Quill

God, on the last corner by the Revs, they showed one full side of the stadium ... there's about 200 people there.

    Nunez in for Quill.

Gbandi with a cross from the left, and Pierce deflected it almost in the near side ... Reis just pawed it off for a corner.

Too much play in the Revs end.. they need to take some pressure off.

Good set of passes by the Revs, started with Twellman. Joseph with a shot from a tough angle, gets a corner. Another bad corner.

Noonan with a header as play continued from Leonard, but saved.

Looking at the side shot, I know we shouldn't throw stones regarding attendance, but the Burn's attendance is kinda like the old MCI calling plan.. Friends and Family..
