Hard to believe we don't have a news thread yet for this season. Andrew Farrell signs multi-year contract extension with New England Revolution June 24, 2020 9:45AM EDT Jonathan Sigal
New U-15 head coach is a familiar face: New England Revolution hire Shalrie Joseph as part of academy coaching staff June 30, 2020 4:44PM EDT Ari Liljenwall Welcome back, Shalrie!
This is great news! Shalrie has a great mind for the game, and if he can impart even part of his motivation for the game, the kids will be well served. It was also nice to read that he's hoping to learn and improve his coaching skills.
Agreed. He's a great guy and I'm happy for him that he's back with the organization in an official capacity now!
New England Revolution to host Gillette Stadium drive-in watch parties for MLS is Back Tournament July 2, 2020 11:49AM EDT Dylan Butler mlssoccer.com
Had me up to this point: "Fans are asked to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages since concession stands will be closed." In all seriousness, it's misleading, as it seems that you pay per carload, but watch from a seat in the stadium. Not sure that's an environment I want to be in just yet. Seems to me it would make more sense to block off a section of parking lot and project the game on a pop-up drive-in screen. Great causes for the proceeds.

I'm not sure he's supposed to be needle mover, maybe competition for Caldwell to play alongside Zahibo?

I guess there were some Ts to cross and Is to dot... Matt Polster returns to MLS, joins New England Revolution as Chicago Fire receive allocation money July 8, 2020 4:56PM EDT MLSsoccer staff NOTE: Which means Aug 12th is the earliest he can play.
I like the move. He is a decent player. I am sure he was brought in more for DM coverage more than RB. I think he is an up grade over Caldwell in the midfield. I feel if Bye goes down the best move would be Farrell to RB and bring in either Mancienne or Delamea to pair with Kessler.
New England Revolution re-sign forward Teal Bunbury to multi-year contract July 13, 2020 12:35PM EDT Nick Rosano
Well, since we have no replacement, I guess that makes Arena's Plan B ....... wait till next year...... We need another quality player ..period
