Hey guys, wondered if anyone could help me out. Me and 3 mates will be in NYC for a week from 16 Oct - 23 Oct and are tryin to arrange to do as much as possible. Noticed there was a game on whilst we are there and wondered if someone could give us info. on the best way to get tickets, how to get to the stadium etc etc. We are from Scotland and all support a small team called St Johnstone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance.
More than happy to lend a hand to a supporter of the team my grandfather followed back in Scotland. There are day of game buses running from the Port Authority bus terminal in mid-town to the stadium. Tickets are easy to get day of game at the stadium. There are usually more than a few tailgate parties going in the parking lots before the game if you are looking for something to do before hand. Ticket prices range from $18 in the corners up to $36 at midfield. There really isn't a bad seat sightline-wise in the stadium so whatever your budget can handle shouldn't be a disappointment.
