2003! Another MLS season! And with it, another MFLS season. Nobody seemed too upset with how I "ran" RevMFLS last year, so I guess I will do it again. I've created the division, and you can join with a three-letter password consisting of the nickname of our favorite 2002 goal-scorer (also a nickname for dynamite). All lowercase.

I look forward to seeing you...

    Can somebody post instructions?

A couple people have emailed me, confused on how to join, but as division creator I can't actually tell exactly how this works for other people. Can somebody please post the technique?

    Re: Can somebody post instructions?

Sorry, I should have done this... as near as I can remember, this is what I did:

After registering your team, click on the My Team link at the top of the page.

Then click on the Update Info link at the right side of your team's menu bar.

About 3/4's of the way down the page there is a "Choose a Division" drop down list. Select RevMFLS from this list, and enter tnt in the division password. Click the "Update my Team's information" button.

    Hope this helps,
    Lee

Does anyone have the standings for last year's RevMFLS? Or even just the team names? My side was in the top 100 MFLS-wide, but I can't for the life of me remember what I called it!

    Working on it.

I already emailed them to bump our limit up to 50 like last year, which I assume there won't be any problem with. I'll leave another note here when the limit gets changed. Nobody fret!

    Try again!

I just got a note from Mark Wheeler saying he's increasing our quota to 50 again, so anybody who wasn't able to join before, give it another try in the morning.

    Re: Try again!

Still limited to 25 teams. Broken Ground United has been a member for years. Sure would like to join the Division. I'll try later this AM, but once I get to work I don't have time for play.

Yes, it's still marked CLOSED at the moment. Maybe we have to wait for some scheduled update or something. I sent another email to check.

    Fixed now.

We're open again, and on our way towards 50 teams. Don't delay, we're very popular!

Incidentally, since MFLS now has its own built-in forums, once the division is full I will be conducting all division business, such as it is, on the division forums, rather than here on BigSoccer. Unless anyone can think of a reason why I shouldn't.

    Re: Fixed now.

Hey, with the cooperative effort of FoxSportsWorld.com and BigSoccer, maybe you could be employed to run Forum(s) for FSW Fantasy games?

Could be some scratch in it for ya.
