So now...no Kamler, no Twellman, no RALSTON, and maybe no Joseph.

I do not like this...no, this is something I do not like at all.

Well, Gus made it sound like Ralston would play. And Joseph ought to be good for a half. We'll be okay.

Sorry, didn't see the bottom of Gus' article. Hopefully Steve and Shalrie will see some action. Yea, we should be able to get by with DH, Jason, and Noonan. Plus, Rusty would be back in the starting XI.

quess the revs aren't exactly getting the Mo Vaughn treatment quite yet haha. That sucks for Heaps I hate getting speeding tickets. Talk about one of pro sports where you can actually relate the the players. Any other sport he would've pulled a Robert Person, "What do you mean my stereo is too loud!? Screw you cops! You can't put me in handcuffs, do you know who I am? Be gentle, I've got a bum shoulder!"

Maybe at the next game we can pass around a Jay Heaps speeding violation collection bucket, or wear FREE JAY HEAPS tee shirts.

I think it's good that we have some roster challanges going into this match. The way the CRapids are playing it's easy for the visiting team to loose intensity thinking they have an easy win. If we have some playing fighting for playing time and looking to show their stuff it will help the squad have a bit of fire in their tank.

    Yeah, the scumbag yellow journalist!

Actually it was a rather tame piece, and a non-committal quote from Twellman saying that he "hopes" to play in the Premiership. Hell, who wouldn't? The only thing I hadn't heard before was that Coventry were interested in him, which I suppose is entirely possible, given that he signed for 1860, who were an equally modest club, playing in a strong country.

Regardless, it's a real LONG shot for Twellman to get to England. I wouldn't put any money on him getting capped in 3/4 of the US matches. He may carve out a spot for himself, but it would be tough for ANY forward to get 3/4 of the matches.

England's rules are way to rigid, IMO, considering that all EU players are eligible. Why make such a high-barrier for non-EU players? I guess to protect the fewer and fewer spots for their own boys!
