Rev News, 3/12/04 Twellman seems ready to jump back in with both feet By Frank Dell'Apa, The Boston Globe, 3/12/04 http://www.boston.com/sports/soccer..._ready_to_jump_back_in_with_both_feet?mode=PF
"despite suffering three concussions (two during United States national team training camp)" Somehow this was news to me, was this reported back then or am I just forgetting?
Notes from the Azores: Carlos Llamosa http://www.revolutionsoccer.net/news/fullstory.sps?inewsid=55155 The club we're playing while known as Águia dos Arrifes," is actually Águia Clube Desportivo. You can find a web site for the club here: http://www.terravista.pt/AguaAlto/2908/ From the look of things they seem to be another Azorean amateur side.
This isn't much news, but there may be people who read the news thread who don't read the rest of what goes on here. We still have 13 slots open in RevMFLS. It's free, and you can win prizes and prestige. Go to http://www.mfls.com/ to sign up, and once you've created a team, enter it into the private division RevMFLS with the password "soopah" The division website with handy links to competitions that we're involved in is at: http://martnet.com/~jgoodwin/revmfls/ We want to make this the best year for Revs fans, and part of that is getting involved and competing with other fans in fantasy league soccer, talking smack and winning swag
Hilarious! Speaking of the Metros, I got quite a kick out of the Occean situation. They bring him over to Europe with them, unsigned (with a minimum salary offer on the table), and show him off against their Scandinavian opponents and one of them signs him out from under them. Brilliant! Relations between Bradley and the Norwegian club that signed him might be a bit "frosty" now, eh?
Not a good sign that Twellman is racking up the concussions at such a young age. He better start protecting the old noggin or he'll end up with one of those headgears the chix are wearing.
Notes from the Azores: Carlos Llamosa revolutionsoccer.net, 3/12/2004 Edit: Sorry Magpie, I missed that you already posted this article.
I bet if you tried writing one in Spanish it would a bit watery as well. Give the man a break. English for him is a second language. George

Oh I think I would write one just as worse as him. I was just expecting a little more then what we were already told in news articles. I don't want to make this into a big deal because it really isn't, so I'll drop it now with a "thank you carlos for your comments".
